The departments in charge of small and medium-sized enterprises in each city shall insist on enhancing the innovation ability and specialisation level of small and medium-sized enterprises, actively carry out the gradient cultivation of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises, continuously increase the support for all kinds of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises, and do a good job in tracking services and supervision and guidance. Innovative small and medium-sized enterprises should focus on their main business, strengthen innovation, and endeavour to enhance their core competitiveness, so that they can develop into specialised small and medium-sized enterprises and specialised small and medium-sized enterprises at an early date, and make positive contributions to the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the province.
