1. Firstly, thoroughly remove the soil, oil, weeds and debris inside and outside the harvester. Especially clean up the water tank,

Dust cover, air filter, muffler, wiring harness, fuel tank and other locations of the dust and debris.

2. Check carefully whether the fasteners, transmission parts and other parts of the harvester are loose or off; check whether the welded parts are cracked or deformed.

Check whether the welding parts have cracks or deformation phenomenon; check whether the transmission belt, brake disc, clutch plate, etc. have serious wear and tear or damage phenomenon, the interval of each part.

Check the transmission belt, brake disc, clutch plate, etc. for serious wear and tear or damage, and check whether the gap and distance of each part are in accordance with the requirements.

3. Check whether the engine oil, hydraulic oil of the hydraulic tank, gear box and gearbox gear oil are in the standard scale position; follow the manual to check whether the engine oil, hydraulic oil of the hydraulic tank, gear box and gearbox gear oil are in the standard scale position.

Check whether the engine oil, hydraulic oil of hydraulic oil tank, gear box and gear oil of gear box are in the standard scale position; replace the diesel oil filter element, oil filter element and hydraulic oil filter element regularly according to the requirements of the manual;

Check whether there is enough antifreeze in the radiator; check whether the radiator fan belt is damaged; check whether there is any oil leakage or seepage in the hydraulic components of the whole machine.

Check whether there is oil leakage or oil seepage in the hydraulic components; check whether there is sufficient grease in the lubrication points of the whole machine, and refill lubrication regularly according to the requirements of the manual.

4. Check whether the electrical system of the whole machine is normal (including: solenoid valve, light, monitor, reversing horn, etc.);

Check whether the main clutch limit switch is in a safe state; check whether the tyre air pressure meets the requirements, and whether there is any hard debris in the tyre tread seam; check whether the whole machine triangle belt tension is qualified, and shall not be too loose or too tight.

5. Start the harvester to check whether the suspension system of the harvesting platform is normal; check whether the manoeuvring mechanism (including: gear, brake, walking gear lever, etc.) is normal; lightly touch the main clutch to check whether there is any abnormal sound in the running parts of the whole machine.

6. Check the wear and tear of the knives of the harvester's cutting knife, guillotine knife, picking knife, cleaner, etc., and replace the knives in accordance with the specifications of the manual.

7. The newly purchased harvester should be debugged before harvesting operation. The operator is required to be familiar with the operating procedures of the machine, understand the structure and performance of the machine, and use it in strict accordance with the operating procedures of the manual.
