Product Introduction：
The 4QZL-2000 crawler self-propelled green fodder harvester can perform non-row harvesting operations. This equipment is small in size, high in efficiency, wide in application, low in energy consumption, flexible in movement, and not restricted by crop row spacing. It combines the advantages of high operating efficiency and safe and reliable performance. It can complete multiple operations such as cutting off from the ground, feeding in sequence, evenly chopping, and throwing and loading for green (yellow) storage fodder crops at one time.
Product Features
●The fuselage is short, the turning radius is small, and it can turn 360° in place. The operation is flexible and convenient.
●Cutting and feeding assembly: two-roll feeding chamber, segmented design, more convenient for maintenance. Adopting double circular saw blade cutting knives, it can adapt to non-row operations of all stalk forage crops.
●Chopping assembly: Disc knife chopping device realizes multi-level adjustable grass chopping length.
●Nozzle assembly: The nozzle rotation adopts a worm gear and worm mechanism, which can rotate ±180°, effectively locking the nozzle angle and making the spraying angle more stable.
●Hopper assembly: It comes with a 3.5 cubic meter loading box. The rear tipping and unloading operation is simple. Adding a secondary lifting function can better adapt to various receiving vehicle models, and unloading is more convenient.
●Power assembly: 175 horsepower engine, with sufficient horsepower and strong power, and four-wheel drive system.
●Control/hydraulic: Standard air conditioning, electronic operating handle, suspended seat. The cab is standard with a large-screen liquid crystal display and an operation monitoring system, which improves the operation safety and reliability of the machine and makes driving more comfortable.
